INGREDIENTS
1/2 Cup walnuts
1/2 Cup almonds
1/2 Cup dried cherries
2 Tablespoon ground flax meal
1 -1/2 Cup quick oats
1/2 Cup coconut flakes
1/2 Cup peanut butter
1/2 Cup honey
1/2 Cup mini chocolate chips
DIRECTIONS
Pulse nuts in blender or food processor
add cherries, flax, oats and coconut pulse until finely chopped
Transfer mixture to a bowl and add honey and peanut butter
Mix until incorporated add chocolate chips...
Roll into balls
.....leave plain or roll in coconut flakes
Store in container in fridge....
Enjoy when you like!
(You can also use dried dates or any other dried fruit to replace cherries)
